- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge for estimates on any project. The way we quote our services is a total of Material, Labor, and Trash Removal. If any customer prefers to purchase material themselves, we do not fight you on it, and adjust our prices accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free estimate, we travel to you and answer your questions, take measurements, and images of the project and what you are planning to achieve. We then write up an official quote and email a pdf copy to your email or sms text. We then Finalize with signatures and initial deposit, and we would start on the agreed upon start date.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Some advice I would give, as a homeowner myself, I want the best quality for my home. And a lot of times, some people rather go for the more economical choice, which I understand it may appear more sensible but sometimes you are left with mistakes and more unhappy with the finished product than something a bit more expensive. So ask for images, ask for references, and just do your homework. That might be the better money saver in the long run.
