- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent, fair, and based on the type of service, travel distance, and time of appointment. ✔️ Standard Notary Services start at a base fee per notarization (per NJ state guidelines). ✔️ Mobile Travel Fees apply depending on your location — I come to you for convenience (home, hospital, office, etc.). ✔️ After-Hours / Same-Day / Emergency Services may include an additional fee. ✔️ Sunday & Holiday Appointments are available with a premium service fee. ✔️ Specialty Services (Loan Signings, Apostille Processing, Wedding Officiant, I-9 Verifications) are priced as packages. 💸 Discounts Available: Multiple documents Group signings Repeat clients 🚫 No Hidden Fees — everything is discussed upfront before booking. 📲 Flexible Payment Options: Cash, Cash App, and Tap 2 Pay & Card accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial consultation to understand the client’s filing status and tax situation. Clients then upload documents securely through my portal. I review everything, confirm pricing if additional forms are required, prepare the return, and review it with the client before filing. Communication is clear and timely from start to finish. Notary: I will first provide a price quote, then confirm what’s being signed and explain that anything beyond the quoted price will incur an additional $15 per stamp or signature.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Notary Public in the State of New Jersey, trained and authorized to perform notarial acts in full compliance with state laws and regulations. ✔️ Completed state-required notary education and certification ✔️ Trained in proper identity verification, fraud prevention, and document handling ✔️ Experienced with loan signings, real estate documents, affidavits, and legal forms ✔️ Knowledgeable in apostille processing and document authentication procedures ✔️ Certified/experienced as a Loan Signing Agent (LSA) (if applicable — add if you want) ✔️ Ongoing professional development to stay up to date with notary laws and industry standards In addition, I have hands-on experience working with a wide range of clients including individuals, families, real estate professionals, and businesses—ensuring every signing is handled accurately, securely, and professionally.
