- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat-rate pricing based on filing status and complexity, so clients know what to expect upfront. All pricing includes an initial consultation and federal and state tax return. If additional forms or special tax situations are required, pricing is confirmed after document review. I focus on transparent, fair pricing with no surprises. Notary service is free within 5 miles, $35 for 6 to 15 miles, and $55 for 16 to 35 miles. Any distance beyond that will be quoted during the initial conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial consultation to understand the client’s filing status and tax situation. Clients then upload documents securely through my portal. I review everything, confirm pricing if additional forms are required, prepare the return, and review it with the client before filing. Communication is clear and timely from start to finish. Notary: I will first provide a price quote, then confirm what’s being signed and explain that anything beyond the quoted price will incur an additional $15 per stamp or signature.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed professional tax preparation training and stay current with tax laws and filing requirements each year. I also work with industry-standard tax software and follow IRS guidelines to ensure accurate and compliant filings for both individual and small business clients.
