I interviewed 5 separate companies for this job and hands down RAD gave me the most complete, "watertight" proposal. Dan was professional, responsive, and transparent about the job involved. He and his team got the job done and when I had additional requests, and he personally returned twice to make sure I was happy with the final outcome. His was not the cheapest proposal, but I wanted to make sure the water proofing was done correctly to last a lifetime. Super happy with the work.

We evaluated the issues and proposed to treat all existing mold, install a Basement Waterproofing Drainage System with a Sump Pump and we finished his basement walls; transforming a contaminated basement into a safe and healthy environment for his family. This project took 10 days to complete.
