The team arrived as promise and finished the work within the time frame that was agreed upon. The French drain was done in the basement and once completed it was left broom clean. Now I am waiting for rainy days to confirm that this job fixed the water in the basement issue as it should.

I recently purchased my home with a finished basement. However, it was in terrible condition. Every time it rained, it would flood on the inside. Danilo and his team completed the job in under a week. Even after the job was done, he is accessible and caring when there was yet another flood. I interviewed 5 separate companies for this job and hands down RAD gave me the most complete, "watertight" proposal. Dan was professional, responsive, and transparent about the job involved. He and his team got the job done and when I had additional requests, and he personally returned twice to make sure I was happy with the final outcome. His was not the cheapest proposal, but I wanted to make sure the water proofing was done correctly to last a lifetime. Super happy with the work.
We needed to install the french drain in our basement. Guys from RAD Basement gave me the best explanation of what can be done in my situation and also very reasonable price. The work was done in timely manner, very professional and they're always ready to answer any of your questions or give some advice. Absolutely recommend them for all your basement needs.

We provide in site free appointment and estimate. Once arrived in the site, we evaluate the customers needs, provide options and a written estimate.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Customer recently purchased a vacant house, just before he moved in he noticed some water stain and mold in the house. He wanted to take care of the situation before moving in with his family. We evaluated the issues and proposed to treat all existing mold, install a Basement Waterproofing Drainage System with a Sump Pump and we finished his basement walls; transforming a contaminated basement into a safe and healthy environment for his family. This project took 10 days to complete.
