- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give active duty and military veterans discounts. We are fair and able to justify our cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and go look at the job see everything going on and make sure we are on the same page come up with a start date. Start the project and finish it as soon as possible. We don’t like saying it’s going to take a day and then it ends up taking a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to vocational high school for this as well as schooling now to achieve the knowledge in order to give my customers the best quality work.
