We started with an idea and not much else! Along the way, Alan R. took care of all the permits, and adjusted his schedule based on the delays due to changes needed to our 'designs'. He was extremely flexible and professional. He responded quickly to alleviate any issues that developed in the remodel space whether his responsibility or just something that happened. All work was well done and costs were on target with his estimates, but also flexible enough to permit a few upgrades.

I strongly recommend Allen construction. Alan is very professional, reliable and hard-working. His price was reasonable and he was really enthusiastic. He dealt with construction, tiling, plumbing and electricity and sorted out all the permits himself. In Jersey City, this is a game-changer. I was very happy with the quality of his work, and he left my basement spotless when the work was finished.

Was supposed to turn up Saturday morning. Text him to ask what time he was coming, said he forgot so could not come. Then said he would come Sunday morning, I text him Sunday morning for an eta, said he would be there at 12pm (not morning time). He text at 11:15 saying he was not coming - it was too far away - do not use this guy!!!!!
