-Whether you hire ANY company or not, WE ARE CHARGED just to talk to you. We try to keep our pricing as competitive as possible. The more people that message us here or book AND CANCEL, the higher the cost is for ALL our customers.
***INSTANT BOOK*** - Upon scheduling your INSTANT BOOK, the corresponding Service Call Fee will be charged immediately. Please note, this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE as we incur charges from thumbtack regardless of appointment cancellation. The Service Call Fee will be credited towards any same-day repairs.
-Our bookings are ALL 2-3hr arrival times. If you book for 10am we will arrive between 10am-1pm. We are a small operation and have inventory on our truck so we can repair 90% of issues the SAME DAY. If you have elderly that you care for, serious health issues, newborn baby, ill pets or any sensitive matter and need services asap, please let us know that lack of SAME-DAY services could cause extreme hardships. Sometimes we can reach out to other customers and move the schedule around.
-All repairs and services are guaranteed - sounds good, what does it mean? If we provide a repair and you have the same issue you do NOT pay a penny for us to come back out and diagnose it. This happens less than 1% of the time, but when it does happen some contractors don't show up for a week if at all. We show up same day or within 24hrs (Mon thru Fri), for emergencies we will be there on the weekend as well.
**WARRANTY COMPANIES - Please do not contact us. We do not work with warranty companies.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed the issue very fast and had all zone valves working in no time. They also performed the adequate maintenance to the boiler. Very grateful for the service. I would hire them again.

Jax and Ligia were great! I was contacted within minutes of my project submission. We communicated mostly through text and responses were quick. I was able to schedule an appointment that day and the work was done the next day. Payment is super simple because they provide a lot of options, even Apple Pay! They replaced my boiler circulator pump and air vent. Jax was very friendly and took the time to explain everything that he did. Would definitely recommend.

Jax is rare one. a consummate professional -- very thorough, respectful, high integrity, high standards for his work. Packaged heat/cooling on the roof stopped blowing air. Came and did a full diagnostic and concluded a busted fan motor. Called his suppliers for a replacement part with reasonable pricing. Drove a few hours and returned to finish up. Went above and beyond, making sure it's done right; tied up loose wires, taped up dangling insulation and cleaned up when done. Also installed a c-wire to power my nest.
I now understand the 5 star reviews. You won't be disappointed.

You will not be disappointed. He was knowledgeable and advised us on things to maintain our unit. He was professional, he listened to our concerns and addressed them. We were extremely pleased with Protecks Heating and Air Conditioning! Highly recommend!

Jax is excellent at his work. While there was leakage from my central air, Jax identified the problem so quickly and suggested the solution and provided me an ETA . After completing his work , he made sure to validate the same along with me. He also gave me time to check further for the night and let him know next morning to ensure his work !!
