Donald and Kareem are awesome! First we met for the quote (new pipes, replace toilet, replace sink and install water value) and on that day, I knew I had the right ones. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, patient, flexible, great/reasonable prices, open to listening to ensure the job is done as planned, very responsive and on-point in their craft. Donald was one of the two recommended local plummers that I chose to reach out to have my toilet shutoff valve replaced (it was over 25 years old). He not only replies immediately via text (though I know it was probably self/auto reply), he called twice because I saw two of his missed calls while I was still reviewing the Thumbtack App. After a brief consultation over the phone, he was there within an hour and 45 minutes. 11:30am was the agreed time and he was punctual (please see text message). I initially had called to have one toilet shutoff valve replaced but he gave me a discount to do all three of my toilet shutoff valves which made perfect sense (no need to have a subsequent visits for a problem that would most likely occur down the road). He completed the job in less than an hour (I would probably say closer to 40 minutes from the time he walked in the door to the time he finished the job and walked out the door). Long story but I highly recommend Donald for your plumbing needs! I had to pick three of the five “likes” of his visit and wish I was able to select all five!

Donald has been so great with helping us resolve the plumbing issue we had with oht main pipe. It was blocked and did everything he could to ensure the pipes were unclog. He is vwry knowledgeable and has a wide range of experience. He also helped us with some Handyman work and we will be hiring him again to install new tiles in our family room which was damaged because of the water from the clogged pipes. Highly recommend him.
