- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to give my clients a flat fee per month/quarter/year so they can budget for my services. I do not try to nickle and dime for each and every service or letter they may need help with
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually interview the customer whether by phone or in person to get a feeling for their needs and wants
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college graduate and continually take CPE credits to keep up to date with the changes in the Tax laws
