Introduction: I do custom illustrations for the children's book market. My medium is both watercolor and pastel. I love painting with the rich colors of the pastel and the beautiful transparency of the watercolor. My illustrations include both, either independently or together, for a unique look. I work closely with my clients, so that I can produce an image that fits their needs and vision. I send them sketches and revisions for approval before moving on to the finish. Some of my clients include Rigby, Prentice Hall, Marshall Cavendish, Macmillan/McGraw Hill, Reverie Publishing Company, Cook Communications and Zaner-Bloser, Inc. In addition to children's books, my illustrations have appeared in magazines, posters, catalogs, calendars and brochures.
