- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a simple pricing method. For onsites we have a travel fee and hourly rate and for shop repairs either its a flat rate for a repair or diagnostic fee to start which is applied to the repair if client accepts the quote after a diagnosis is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree in business and Information technology minor, but I find most of raw knowledge comes from real work experience. I do subscribe to many network/online programs to stay on top of my game.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to tear into computers when I was young. I would always upgrade them and make them better after I bought them. It has always been my passion to work on technology.
