- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I want to have a meeting, to find out as much information (budget, dietary restrictions, number of people) about the event, that you are contacting me for. Second, I create a menu that is specific to the event, and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree from New York City Technical College, in Hospitality Management / Culinary Arts / Pastry Arts. Followed up with 20+ years of food service experience, including 18 years as an Executive Chef in Manhattan.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cooking was a passion that I had from a very early age. Growing up in an Italian house, food was always around, and was the one thing I love to create.
