We take care of your project from A to Z. We design, supply and install. Our own contractor team can take care of any associated labor like demolition, electricity, plumbing, floor installation etc. Traditional, transitional or handleless contemporary? Wood or lacquer? We are the expert! We offer a lifetime warranty on some cabinets so we are totally confident in the quality of the product we are selling! But unfortunately we don't REPAIR or REFINISH the cabinets we didn't sold and we install only the new cabinets we supplied. We are providing 3D rendering and technical drawings so you will be able to see your dream project come to life on a computer screen, that moment is always a magic one, that's what we are striving for! We hired them for a kitchen remodel and that was a great experience. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all starts with a first meeting with a non refundable fee of $250. We don't want ''shopping clients''. We are serious people and want to build a longtime relationship with our clients. Your project is an investment and we know how renovation could be stressful in many ways so our fees will be very clear depending of the scope of work. We also will always favor quality for you to rest assure you are in good hands.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before starting to work on your project we have to know you. We know every client is unique in their goals and needs that's why every project always start with a lot of questions about your life style. In order to understand who you are and what you really need, we have to get to know you, that way we will be able to design the perfect project for YOU. The first meeting will go through all the details of the process.
