- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are offered for frequent booking customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In addition to communicating through the Thumbtack profile, I also contact customers on the phone to ensure all details are talked about. For very special occasions I prefer also booking a hair or makeup trial, although they are not necessary!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an NJ licensed cosmetologist. I have also worked for cosmetic companies such as Inglot, Sephora, and Trish McEvoy.
