- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prioritize a clients budget, so of course I keep that in mind with pricing and do the best I can to help! I offer great discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My very first step is set up a meeting for us to chat, in-person or virtual, which ever is easiest for you. I want to find out what is important to you and where you are in the planning process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the field experience and a great deal of research!
