- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 65$ for an hour session and 45$ for a half hour session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First have a sit down to discuss fitness goals short term and long term. Next go through some basic biomechanics to assess muscle balance, joint stability and postural alinement. Finally design a program that works best for my client and execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NASM-Certified personal trainer in addition to a corrective exercise specialist. I fought MMA at the professional level for 4 years. In addition I am very dedicated to my work and I absolutely love changing people's lives for the better.
