Hello, I'm Sharonda. The Owner and Founder of The Introverted Organizer, LLC. I specialize in Residential Organizing: Kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Closets, Offices (no paper management) an other areas that may need help. Previously, I worked in retail as a Visual Display/Merchandiser, Supervisor and Manager for major departments stores for 6 years and 15 years as a licensed Sales Agent in Real Estate. The combined extensive experience has given me a great understanding of presenting a home at its best. To better meet your needs I request photos and videos ahead. The Introverted Organizer's Owner and Operator Sharonda brings a new and personable perspective to the home organizing industry. Sharonda creates and organizes your life. She has come into several of my apartments ,which had nothing as far as I could see ,but chaos and created spaces that were comfortable, warm and well organized. As we walked me through the process she made sure that it was something I was comfortable with and all my concerns and needs were met. Sharonda has an amazing eye for using the things you have in your home that you may have felt had no use and she brings those items to life. I am a avid shopper and I had overrun closets , cabinets and drawers, she has a way of getting you to really think about what you need, what you can donate and what just should be trashed in a way that is a collaborative approach in her process She teaches you how to maintain a organized space. When I say she organizes your life, I mean everything in every room and in every cabinet and drawer. You can see the passion she has in ensuring that your home is a place that is clear from clutter and feels good when you walk into a room and everything has it's own place. I am so grateful for her gifts, talents and the things that I have learned to maintain a organized home. I am a introverted organizer client forever.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate $85.00 per hour with a minimum of four hours. Packages start at $340.00, plus Sales Tax and Travel (if applicable) Depending on the size of your project and specific needs, we will accommodate you by using a solo organizer or a team. While we always do our best based upon our past experience to estimate the amount on time every project will require, this is not guaranteed since each space and client is unique. Rest assured that we will be in constant communication with you and update you fully along the way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a call. Request photos and Videos in advance of your project. Answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Member of NABPO (National Association of Black Professional Organizers) Provisional Member of NAPO (National Associaton of Productivity & Organizing Professionals Graduate 2022: Organizing University: Professional Organizing Degree 2003: BFA Kean University Visual Communications & Design With this industry constantly changing. The Introverted Organizing team is required to take at least four informational sessions a year to better serve our clients.
