Ms Rice, I think it is very disheartening and unfair that you would rate me so poorly for work I did not even do for you. 1. I communicated with you that I was dealing with unfortunate circumstances with my family (mother hospitalized) that prevented me from getting your resume done with the 48 hours I originally promised. 2. Your time indicated flexible, now "in a few weeks". well it has been a week so why are you upset it hasnt been done yet, it wasnt an "immediate or asap" assignment. 3. I have a full time government position, had a part time job (recently resigned from) and started recently a new business as a certified travel consultant. I informed you it would be done today but you did not respond back. In addition, you can see from my past reviews I take my business serious and work hard to give my clients the best work possible. It is unfortunate you could not hold up to your flexible end of the deal and this did not have a good outcome. For these reasons, I feel you are quite unjust and inconsiderate in your rating. I personally do not understand your motive. I feel that I made you look you better, as you are a salesman for a "PC Richards" type business and you wanted to be presented as a manager. If there were any grammatical words , incorrect information or anything "sub-par" as you mentioned, this should of been stated to me personally not wait to get on Thumbtacks and try to sabotage my reputation. But you did totally opposite and communicated nothing to me to rectify the matter, which shows you just want to make me look bad. What goes around comes around so watch how you handle people. I am just happy to know very few of my many reviews are as disheartening as this and my work has been greatly appreciated. All the best in whatever you do.
