I can’t say enough good things about Edwin! After being quoted thousands of dollars by another company for what they claimed was a major AC issue, I called Edwin for a second opinion. He quickly diagnosed the real problem—something far less serious—and had it fixed within the same day. His honesty, fairness, and professionalism were a breath of fresh air in an industry where that’s becoming increasingly rare. Thanks to Edwin, I saved a significant amount of money and got my AC back up and running without the unnecessary stress. Highly recommend

S.O.S Mechanical Edwin and Stiven were there to rescue me from my 82 degree hot and humid home. Edwin was very professional and thorough explaining what the potential issues could be and how he would be able to fix it. Once I told him the noises I am hearing and sent some pictures to him he provided a price for the work that would be performed and how soon he would be able to take care of it. I mentioned I had my condenser moved and due to this a new supply and return line had to be installed. From the pictures it was deemed incorrect and it was also incorrect from my eyes as well. Stiven arrived at my home the next day to perform the work which included a line set correction - suction line had 3/8 line and crimp king valve and crimping 3/4 to 3/8 coming out from the house. Stiven had to undo crimps and reshape the inlet port at the king valve and run new 3/4 line. Stiven vacuumed the lines/unit, he replaced refrigerant, he ensured the sub cooling was at optimal levels, was very friendly to talk to, and cleaned any mess that was made. I will definitely be calling Edwin and Stiven for any future work that I may have to get regarding HVAC and spread the word to anyone i know to spread the word about them. I would highly recommend them for any work that has to get done. if anyone needs any help please don’t hesitate to let Edwin and his team solve your issues. He was very transparent with pricing and pricing did not break the bank compared to those other big big well known companies. it feels so nice to have a nice cool home during these summer hours. don’t think twice and hire Edwin/Stiven from S.O.S Mechanical.

SOS came to the rescue. I was without air-conditioning and after a couple of estimates they came out the most economical for an entire new system. My air-conditioning was 40 years old and needed to be replaced. That said they delivered above and beyond expectations. Equipment was better than others offered and his team don't let any surprises cost the consumer (you and me) any more money. They are honest and responsible and make sure you are aware of any discoveries that may change the original plans. They also make changes that will always benefit the consumer(you and me) in the end. I highly recommend them and look forward to using them again!
