I hired Keisha Hicks and Hicks Termite and Pest Control to address a very serious and ongoing pest issue in my apartment. Although my building provides monthly services, the services provided by that company never helped. Keisha and her team were professional, timely, and new exactly what to do to address our issue.
After the first treatment, there was an IMMEDIATE difference in the presence of the pests. Even though additional visits were not necessary, Hicks Termite and Pest Control still visited on two additional occasions to ensure the issue was resolved.
Because of there services, I will no longer allow building management in my unit to treat- I will only allow Hicks Termite and Pest control. Lastly, their prices were BEYOND reasonable considering they treated my entire unit which includes 2 bedrooms, one bath, living room and kitchen.

Recommend this business 100%. Tech took the time to explain the process to my husband and I so we could understand. She was very professional. Compared to what other business charge, they were reasonable. Best of all... I don't see the bugs anymore!

Extremely satisfied with this company's work, diligence and attention to detail. They were able to accommodate my availability and were beyond respectful of my home and the fact we were in the middle of relocating. If you need someone flexible and able to get the job done - you better call these guys.
