- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a normal type service call fee for most small jobs. I can always quote you a cost before coming out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am fair and honest. I will give you a price before starting any job. Service call jobs can be complicated not knowing the problem before starting them. This is when I will give a range in pricing out this type of job. Lastly I can be found on the internet at George Marko Electrical. You can pick almost any site and see a review that past customers have left. My HomeAdvisor web site has verified all reviews because it is a pay site. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received training from a 4 year program that provide me with the knowledge in order to obtain my Electrical License from the State of NJ. I need to update my license every 4years and have continuing education classes to maintain my license.
