Lisa does a great job with the art design requests. She goes above by offering options to chose from beyond your initial request. This allows for collaborative approach for a ibetter overall design.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my customers provide payment upon receipt of goods. For photography, my customers provide payment at the end of the photoshoot or event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our first initial meeting or phone call, I send an email with a creative brief for the new customer to fill out to get a better sense of their creative needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Visual Art and Art History at Rutgers University - New Brunswick NJ
