I was in a scurry to try to find someone that could replace turf in my makeshift backyard as I was having company over and my loving pup had destroyed what was there. I heard wonderful things about Unique Designs Landscape and Construction. They assured me from beginning to end of the process, the details and cost. This is exactly what I wanted and my backyard was finished in time for company to enjoy and my pup as well! Thank you for brining back my little yard to life.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company think twice before hiring them. Unfortunately, our experience went from very positive to extremely disappointing.
We initially felt very good about the company. They worked collaboratively with us, listened to our goals, helped us figure out how to make the most of our budget, and gave us helpful guidance on how to best utilize our yard. We trusted them and ultimately paid them for the work.
Unfortunately, the job was never fully completed despite us having paid for it. Since then, the plant beds have already started to fall apart, and many of the plants they installed have died. Most concerning, when we have tried to reach out to the company to address these issues, they have been completely unresponsive.
It is incredibly frustrating to pay a significant amount of money for landscaping and then be left with unfinished work, failing plant beds, dead plants, and no communication from the company.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend hiring this company. The initial experience was promising, but what ultimately matters is standing behind the work and taking care of your customers when problems arise—and unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

I couldn’t be happier with Unique Designs Landscape and construction . They put in a new beautiful flower bed and a retaining wall, trimmed the hedges and cleaned up my garden/yard. Looks so beautiful. I can’t wait to show it off to my friends and I can finally entertain my guests outside and not be embarrassed

Even though we were having terrible weather, Emily kept me updated almost daily. Communication is definitely a strong point with this company.
They arrived on time and got right to work, prepping for the following day. The crew arrived early, worked right through lunch, did a few things we hadn't talked about at no extra charge, and worked till the job was finished. Everything was cleaned up and put in its place. I look forward to calling them back the next time I need some outdoor work...
