Lazaro dealt with my back and forth looking at samples and went to several suppliers to get what I wanted when I finally made a decision. He never lost patience or got short with me. I’m not often impressed and I can be critical of other people’s work. In this case I have to say Lazaro impressed me during every phase of this small project! He did everything right from his communication, responsiveness, price, and quality of work. I wish I could find other craftsmen like him!
