- What types of customers have you worked with?
80% of our clients have us build their websites on the WordPress platform and I'd say 75% of them have us design them something custom (rather then using a template). The other 20% of our clients are made up of ecommerce sites or other customized systems that help them run their businesses more smoothly and successfully.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently had the opportunity to build a "warehouse management system" for a client that does manufacturing, packaging, warehousing and shipping for dozens of their clients. Although there is no actual website, the back end of this project was one of the largest we've ever taken on. It's been a great experience and the client continues to hire us for unique build outs at each of their clients' requests.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make absolutely sure that you feel comfortable with the person you hire. Changes are, you'll be working very closely with them for a few months and the worst experience you could have would be to pick someone who doesn't respect you or isn't available to hear your concerns.
