- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process: Stage 1. Free Consultation Many companies charge you for a consultation. We see this as the beginning of our relationship. Whether you know what you want or you’re still thinking it through, we will meet with you at your home, and go over all the details for your upcoming project. We will then provide you with 3D rendering, design, and estimate for the work discussed. Stage 2. Pricing and Planning After our free consultation, we’ll meet with you to finalize the design, layout, proposal, and the scope of the project. We will always stand by our estimates and comunicate with you immediately if you make a decision that changes the estimate in any way. When working with us, you’ll never be surprised by any hidden fees. Stage 3. Installation Once the materials arrive and the necessary approvals are obtained, we can begin construction. We will facilitate communication between you, the crew and any professional tradesmen involved. If you need to work or be at home during construction, we’ll do everything possible to minimize the disruption to your life. Stage 4. Completion and Quality Assurance When the majority of the construction is done, we will do a quality inspection to confirm that all the work has been done to the highest standards. After this inspection the touch-up crew will go through and take care of any items to ensure your satisfaction. Your complimentary 1-year warranty begins after we complete this process.
