- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a complicated pricing structure. Instead, we work with our customers to develop an affordable budget and project plan. And if there's a task we think you are more than capable of (if you've got a couple of hours and some elbow grease to spare), we'll be there to guide you through the DIY process. Charging by the hour is too restrictive and does not take into account unique financial positions. To further remedy this, we offer generous discounts to those on fixed incomes and those that are presently serving or have served our country.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our best tool is our growing library of home improvement literature. We are very proud of library and our continuous quest to learn more about the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After receiving an Associates in business administration from the City University of New York and Bachelors of Arts from Columbia University, being members of the United Association of Union Plumbers, Fitters, Welders, and HVAC Service Techs and the Painter's Union painters as well as working within an international residential property management group for almost a decade, we decided it was time to use what we learned to build something of our own.
