Veronica is an amazing tutor. She helped my son with his issues in writing and he exceeded on his writing assignments after only a few sessions. She talked through each assignment with him, asking questions to provoke thoughtful and comprehensive responses that enabled him to write thorough analyses. I had reached out to Veronica to help assist in drafting a review based on a set of raw notes that I prepared. I was completely caught off guard by the work product. Veronica had sent across what appeared to be a reorganization of my notes. The draft included grammatical errors (missing periods, inconsistent use of terminology, and formatting issues). It was clear that the reviewer did not spend time or effort in the project. They even failed to provide meaningful guidance. I asked if the individual would consider refunding me for the project. They felt very strongly about their work product and the payment that was owed to them. If they were unable to help draft, it should have been made clear. The draft that they sent back should not have had errors. This was an unfortunate experience and I wish them the best but would not be coming back.
