I can't just decribe Ed Wilkes I have to take it to another level The entire Family was AMAZING. Ed did his thing with the Food my guest are still talking... I had an ALL WHITE AFFAIR at the All Wars Memorial Building (the Soldiers Home) in Atlantic City on the 4th of April I was like a Bridezilla throughout the planning phase but Ed AND HIS WIFE KEPT assuring me everything would b ok. These people are AMAZING the food was EXCELLENT they were on time and stayed late the table exquisite I would not have changed a thing and the Wilkes Family could have not been more PROFESSIONAL and GRACIOUS They reached well beyond my expectations from the food to thr set up and decorations on the tables... I LOVE THEM and I will KEEP them... They will always be my CATERERS for whatever I need. THANK YOU THUMBTACk for the introduction

To Say Me & My Husbands Experience With Mr. Wilkes Was Outstanding is to say the least ! If I could use a word id use EXCEPTIONAL ! Mr. Wilkes Was Such A Pleasure To Have In Our Home. He Was Punctual Professional & Entertaining. We All Held A Great Conversation From Start To Finish , Not One Dull Moment. His Customer Service Itself Was Terrific! Now About The Food. :) AMAZING. The Dish We Requested Was Done Beyond Our Expectations. My Husband Is Not Big On Dessert But He Fell In Love With Mr.Wilkes Cheesecake & Strawberry Musse. Not One Compliant Could Slip From Our Lips! We Will recommend Him To Everyone We Know & Will Continue To Do Business With Him!
