I had gone on thumbtack looking for some plumbing help after moving into a new apartment. I was quickly contacted by Jack with very reasonable estimates for the issues I had described on a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. He was able to came out the next day and take a look. Jack went above and beyond walking me through all of the possible issues that could be affecting my toilet. He even gave me some things that I could try myself. When I still couldn't get it working, he was able to quickly schedule time to come out to have the work done. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional. He took the time and care to make sure that my toilet wasn't damaged. He was even able to replace some bathroom fixtures that we were also having trouble with. His rates were also very reasonable. I will be calling Jack again for any work that we need done around our house.

Jack is great! We have an old 1920's house and the new refrigerator was too tall for the old built-in cabinet above it. Jack was able to keep the original cabinet, raise the bottom shelf and put it all back together in short order. He even came back with paint that matched our old paint. We have had him back since to do other work.
He said from the first meeting that if his customers have an emergency he would leave whatever he was doing to come and help. Well, we had such a situation, and, true to his word, he left a tiling job he was on to come rescue us then went back and finished the tiling.
He is an honorable and decent man. We already have him scheduled to do more work over the coming months.
