Sarah is incredible! I’ve been working with her for some time now and her knowledge and passion for yoga show through in each and every session we have together. Her energy and kindness are contagious. In addition to her teaching me so much about the body, she has helped me with my mental state as well. My experience through all of this has taught me much more than just doing the poses. I am so grateful that our paths have crossed!
