- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
In order to be successful, paralegals have to have passion. As the support system to attorneys, paralegals are often in the background. Through our years of experience we have come to know that being a paralegal is not just about being smart, you have to care about your clients and your work. At FLM we know that each case affects the lives of the firm's clients; given this, it is important that paralegals treat each case as if it were their name in the caption as opposed to the clients.
