Litigation practice involves the successful representation of domestic and foreign companies in a broad spectrum of disputes, in state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as in private arbitrations, including shareholder, breach of contract, insurance, employment, commercial, environmental, antitrust, U.C.C., trademark, and international business disputes.
