I am Manisha, a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, yoga instructor,
and the founder of Misha's FitSpirit LLC.
As a trainer, I am passionate about my role to motivate, enable, and make training a rewarding experience.
Having been in the fitness field for over 12 years has given me an experience of working with people from many walks of life. I have worked with post-rehab clients and also clients with underlying orthopedic conditions as well as people who want to work on their health and fitness level.
I enjoy treating people who want to develop their strength, endurance, mobility, core, or providing
corrective exercises for posture alignment.
I also enjoy educating people on movement mechanics and how injuries can be prevented, while strengthening essential parts of the body and improving posture.
Based on your current level I will build a customized program that is suitable for you, that will build and enhance strength and functionality gradually to the optimal level.
I also teach meditation and breath work (pranayama) to people who need help to handle issues such as stress management, anxiety, suppressed immunity, and other similar ailments.
