- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing with sample menus can be found on the website at your convenience. To obtain an exact quote for an event, with applicable travel and/or permit costs, please contact us directly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer has a date and location for an event, we are happy to prepare estimates with various options for review. This will hold their place on the calendar for X number of days until deciding if they'd like to move forward. As we certainly hope they choose to work with us, once a client is ready to proceed, a one page contract with an invoice will be emailed over. Once a deposit is received and contract signed, the booking is secured and the contract will outline next steps based on the date of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team, collectively, has hundreds of years of experience in the catering industry. The four core members each bring 25 years of experience to the table.
