Introduction: We cover all aspects of IP law. We have 5 people in our New Jersey and New York City offices, engaged in trademark counseling, searching and application work, both here and overseas. Our special strengths are our depth of experience (we have a total of 60 years), and Bob Shepherd's employment by the U.S. Trademark Office as an examiner for 3 years, during which he deveolped skills and contacts that continue to be of value to firm clients. We also have an active TTAB practice run by Brooks Bruneu, and a trademark litigation practice run by Bob Shepherd (NJ) and Joe Manak (NY) in both state and federal courts. Mr. Shepherd is a master in an Inn of Court, devoted to intellectual property issues, and is a member of the Lawyers Advisory Committee for the Federal District Court of New Jersey.
