Nick did a great job installing my tankless water heater and water softener. Everything was completed in one day. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. I would call on Nick for any plumbing job I have.

Great experience. He responded to me within 1 hour and replaced my water heater tank the same day Very reasonable price, no surprises, and flawless work. He promised it would be done the same day and he worked late to keep his word:. I’d definirlo hire nick again!

Initial experience was very positive - job was done well and on time. New shutoff valve and bonding wire were installed without any additional charges. It is the second part of the job that was problematic. Before we agreed on terms I asked if they will be able to pull the permit and the answer was that it will be pulled first thing on Monday. Once job was done i asked if we are ok to pull the permit on Monday - there was no clear response. I kept asking daily and every day was given the answer that it will be pulled tomorrow. After a while it became obvious that they don't have ability to pull permit in NJ which they confirmed. Few weeks passed in waiting and after few days of no response i had to give up and pulled the permit myself.

Permits can be pulled in New Jersey. Unfortunate there seemed to be a communication issue here. Mr. dmitry became unresponsive when asked when I could bring the permit. In any event thank you so much for the opportunity to work on this water heater, and I’m glad that my work far exceeded any and all expectations!

Nicholas installed our bathroom faucet and RO filtration system quickly and without any issues. He explained how the filtration system operated and followed up the installation with a phone call to ensure that we were satisfied. In addition to the contracted work, Nicholas noticed that we had a water shut off valve that was leaking. He replaced and fixed the issue without any additional cost.
