Paul and Tony were amazing. Tony came to do the assessment and started explaining the whole process of cleaning the air ducts and the fair pricing. With my tight schedules they were able to squeeze me in due to my elderly parents health conditions. Paul answered all my questions and showed me how they actually do the cleaning and sanitizing. Tony is a delight to work with. He assured me that all will be done correctly and not to worry. Paul took care of my dryer as well and made sure that it was in perfect working condition. Paul did an excellent job cleaning out our dryer vent. He was on time, professional and courteoushe immediately took off his shoes before entering our home. He was very respectful of our property and took great care as he worked on our job, patiently answering all of our questions. He was friendly and efficient. There was a part of our dryer vent apparatus that was tricky to reach, but Paul was able to get to it and finish the job properly and very much to our satisfaction! He nicely cleaned up both inside and outside, leaving virtually no lint anywhere! When we checked the air flow from the dryer when he was done, we couldnt believe how much more powerful it was! Clearly, he had done a fantastic job cleaning the vent! We were very happy with Paul and would highly recommend him and Reach Deep for either dryer vent or air vent cleaning! Thank you, Paul!

My husband and I just moved into our new home and we were having issues with excessive dust, which was causing a great deal of irritation to our sinuses. I researched HVAC duct and vent cleaning companies and after reading the reviews and meeting with Paul, we knew that we had found a true professional. Paul was very responsive with coming to evaluate our home. He provided an estimate which was extremely reasonable. We booked our appointment and 2 workers came to do the job. Oh my goodness, they were amazing. They were punctual, professional, respectful of our home and really did do a deep cleaning of every single duct and vent. They found things in some of the ducts and vents, which explained why we were having issues with the air quality in our home. When they were done they cleaned up so well, that you wouldn't even have known that they were at our home. Since we had our ducts and vents cleaned, the issues with dust and irritated sinuses have resolved. I honestly can't say enough about how thrilled I am with the work that was provided by Reach Deep Air Duct Cleaning. We plan on being a regular customer. I honestly wish that I could give Paul and his team 10 stars! I highly recommend his service! You will not be disappointed!
