My family and I used AnnaKay's services to stage our 2 family home for an appraisal. She used her expertise to tell us what we needed to get top dollar for our home (i.e. use neutral paint throughout the home, update certain rooms that looked dated or dilapidated, etc). Then AnnaKay and her team clearly defined the bedrooms, dining rooms, and living rooms throughout the home with furniture (the home was vacant). Her pricing was fair and she was a pleasure to work with. I'm happy to say her advice got us to the finish line and we got the appraisal value we were looking for. Our prices range depending on project size, amount of rooms/bathrooms to be staged, distance, and what other divisions of the company is utilized! We also specialize in cleaning, construction, property management, and the overall marketing of homebuying and selling! We are a full service staging company with many benefits of utilizing a one stop shop approach!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new client is finding out their timeline, project details, budget and motivation for selling and then we take care of the rest of the process with excellence from start to finish!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I have been in the customer service industry for over two decades, real estate for over 8 years and we are certified stagers that have gone through rigorous training and have a 2700 sq foot warehouse with a beautiful array of items for staging any property in the state of NJ to look gorgeous and ready to hit the market!
