It’s been almost 2 months and still no design. He kept sending us drafts that did not meet our expectation. Then as the job dragged out, he asked for money. I sent him 50% of the cost he quoted and only heard from him once after that. Don’t hire - find someone better

I am a civil engineer with a total of 13 years of experience in renovations, maintenance, and architectural design. Throughout my career, I have worked on a variety of projects ranging from residential renovations to large-scale architectural design. This extensive experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the construction industry and a strong ability to tackle design challenges effectively and creatively
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began my career in this field by working with companies in the sector and alongside excellent professionals
