The entire experience has been easy, professional, on time and within budget. The crew was friendly, professional, hard working, and knowledgable. Jim was professional, knowledgable, and very thorough. We expected this project to be a nightmare and, quite sincerely, it was smooth sailing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different depending on what is needed. I work with all of my clients as far as price and timelines. I usually take a deposit for materials and payment in full upon completion of job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to the customer's home to assess the job. We talk about ideas and I give them a price on the spot. We try to go above and beyond with all of our customers and begin a long term relationship with all of them. I get a lot of repeat business and word of mouth from happy clients is the best compliment any contractor could have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many many hands on hours and continue to learn every day. I have been working since I am 9years old and been in business over 10 years. I am proud of my work and so are my customers.
