Jesse showed up in time to evaluate and quote the chimney repointing and waterproofing work. Unlike other contractors, he did not charge a fee to inspect the job. His quote was reasonable and was on par with what I had predicted. We scheduled the job and his crew of two guys showed up at the exact time they promised and completed the task. No hassle and was very professional. I anticipate on using them for other similar repointing work in the future.
