If your outward space, where you spend a vast amount time (i.e. your home, your office, even your car), doesn't reflect what you want to feel within yourself, you can't expect to design the life you want.
I firmly believe that your physical, emotional, and mental spaces are all reflective of each other. So to create the life you want you need to cohesively intertwine all three and create a sanctuary that mirrors your life design. My focus is to help you do just that.
I am 100% invested in my clients well being and have a 99% success rate due to the trust and confidence we have with each other. As well as being a certified lifestyle coach, I am a published author and teach adult classes on transitions and personal development.
My clients typically commit to work together for a minimum of 3 months, meeting once a week in person or via phone or Skype. Customized packages are available based on individual needs. I also now offer exclusive online coaching, which has all the benefits of live coaching but is more cost effective and is adaptable to any schedule.
It has always been my passion to inspire and help others, and am very fortunate to be able to do so on a daily basis. I received my coaching certification from Universal Coaching Institute, and have a BA in Psychology from The George Washington University. I strongly promote inner strength and confidence, and believe and advocate in positive thinking and energy to achieve and maintain a calm balance in today's busy world.
