Our home was beyond dirty having not been deep-cleaned in multiple years. The women at Top Tier did a great job cleaning everything from the bathrooms to living areas to moldy window frames with flaking paint. They were very professional, well prepared and I would gladly have them back.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TopTier prices are fair, and it reflects the total estimated cost of the full project including, equipment, products, labor, insurance, gas and travel time. We want everyone involved to get a fair shake and a great experience working with our brand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On Thumbtack you can auto schedule an appointment on the Calander offered in any available slot! You can also choose us as a direct lead and send an email and we will respond within 24hrs (usually within an hour). You also have the option to call my direct line to discuss the details of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have two teams of cleaners. Three lead cleaners with more than 20 years' experience. All other employees have been trained for the TopTier way of cleaning. YouTube TopTier Cleaning: Coming soon! Please see the pictures we have offered on this site as well.
