- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Greta Latona Entertainment and Weddings by Greta strive to provide a value for the hard earned money you will spend with our company. Everyone is working for on a budget today and we provide a quote that has no hidden fees or surprises so you can work within your budget. With that said, our quotes are usually hire than other professionals, because we include lighting, emcee services and awesome lighting. We know music with over 600,000 songs and we will create the perfect blend for you. When you book you can relax, we will take care of the logistics for the venue, speak to you and ensure you get the party you envision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just ask for the opportunity to introduce myself to the client and hear how they envision their party to be. After all, if it's a wedding or a sweet 16, you have dreamed about that day for a long time and I would like to be a positive memory for that event. With an introduction, you will get a feel for our services and see that we are the easiest people on the planet to work with. We work for you. All we want is for you to be happy and that is important. It will feel right in your gut and heart to book us, if not then you do need to book someone who you will give you that feeling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! Everyday something new is out there from lighting techniques, to music and we stay on top of it. Every month we attend workshops and learn more and bring that knowledge to our clients.
