- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the square footage of the home and the age of the home. I do offer discounts for Thumbtack customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts Foundation Home Inspections for an inspection. The price is set and the inspection is scheduled with the buyer and the listing agent. The buyer receives the pre-inspection agreement and signs it electronically. Foundation performs the inspection and payment is made on the day of the inspection. The report is issued within 1-2 days following the inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the 140 hour home inspection training course. I regularly attend New Jersey National Association of Certified Home Inspectors training. I am a licensed professional engineer in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I am a certified radon measurement technician.
