- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I research your property as soon as I receive your request to be sure that A) I am competent to appraise your property type and B) We can arrive at a fair fee for the work involved in determining value in your specific neighborhood. Each property may have unique characteristics, and I like to provide an exact fee up front so that we are on the same page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to listen to a new customer's needs. Then we determine a fee, prepare an engagement letter, schedule a property inspection appointment, and prepare a report.
