Introduction: My work stand out because I not only have the real world experience of working with and training dogs in many facets such as Search and Rescue, Explosive Detection, Therapy Assistance, Personal Protection and so on but I also have been specializing in "Behavioral modification training for the Good dog acting bad" for over fifteen years and have yet to have a client that has stated that they would not refer me to another dog owner that was having an issue.

Chris Velez is the most competent, knowledgeable, and reliable dog trainer there is! I have seen him work with a variety of breeds all of different personalities and behaviorial issues. He amazes me each time in his ability to quickly assess the dog's problem and correct it. He consistently gets a dog obeying him within minutes as he seems to have a magical connection with all canine. Not only that, but his demeanor and disposition with the human owners is equally excellent as he can easily teach them what needs to be done in order to maintain the correction. His attitude is outstanding...always with the motivation of helping others...not making money.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask for referrals always, learn what training methods the trainer will use and find out their success rate. Has the trainer ever worked with the breed of animal which you own, have they ever dealt with the issue which you are having. Lear what you can before you meet with the trainer, a little bit of research ahead of time will not only save you some money but it may also prevent you from doing more damage to your situation by utilizing a trainer that really does not know how to correct the issue which is at hand.
