- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I give a quote for pricing I alwayts stick to it unless the customer wants additional time or pictures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get on a call if possible to understand what they are looking for, and understand the location and layout of the venue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a semi-pro for years and have done many rounds of work in New Jersey and New York.
