During the past year we have been using the services of Signature Floors & More for our needs on remodeling, renovation and various construction projects in our home. In our past experience of using other contractors for various construction projects Signature Floors & More stand high above the crowd for many reasons. Their ACTUAL attention to every detail from quote to the finished product is a breath of fresh air. Having your contractor listen to what the customer actually wants, and be able to make suggestions that may benefit the customer is something not too common these days. If you are a novice or an experienced home handyman, Steve will adapt his approach to fit your comfort level at every step in the process. I am not one to publicly recommend (or not) anyone or any company on the internet these days as anything you write is "permanent" and can do great good or great harm for a business. In this case I am making an exception due to the rare quality and honesty of Steve and "Signature Floors & More" and therefore would not hesitate to recommend his team to anyone who wants superior quality and attention to your needs. Steve and his crew put in brand new hardwood floors in my house. The entire downstairs, up the stairs and the 2nd floor landing, They are so beautiful. The care and patience Steve and his crew showed the whole task proved to finish the job magnificently. They moved the appliances to lay the new floor evenly throughout the house. The house is a showplace now. I am so proud of it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are different and depending on what a particular project entails dictates pricing. We may not be the cheapest and we are never the highest, we are always fair. It is very rare when a homeowner decides to go in a different direction, especially since just about all of our work is by referral. We do not advertise!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with the estimate. I like to go and see the task(s) at hand, get input and feedback from the homeowner, which helps me to better understand the scope of the project and homeowners expectations. We follow up with a fair and reasonable quote/estimate. Well over 90% of our work comes via referral from satisfied homeowners and/or the realtors we work with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 16 years experience repairing and renovating homes in Evesham Twp, Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Washington Twp, Marlton, Medford, Mullica Hill, Mt. Laurel and many other towns all over Camden and Gloucester counties. Experience is the best teacher and we've repaired, remodeled and renovated just about any project one can imagine.
